ABOUT RYAN MANN
Ryan Mann is the founder of Headwind Strategies LLC. His nearly 20 year career spans federal, state, and local government, K Street, political campaigns and private legal practice, giving him an unusually broad vantage point on how policy, politics, and communications intersect in practice.
Ryan served as Special Counsel to the Mayor of Indianapolis, Legislative Director for Rep. Joe Donnelly, and Co-Director of the Indiana Election Division. He’s held senior roles across state and city government, the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, and is Of Counsel at a major international law firm. He is a licensed attorney in Indiana and lives in Sacramento with his wife and son.
